About the Fit: Cup size is customizable up to 40DD if selecting 'custom measurement service.' Skirt length measures approximately 20" from natural waistline. If desired, skirt length can be customized (to accommodate different heights) within a 3" range complimentary, if selecting 'custom measurement service' as the size option. A true medium firm pillow

I like a medium pillow that lets my head sink in a little bit so my neck isn't cranked at an angle but not to the point where it sinks in completely. You can also scrunch it a little bit. Also love that it's queen size, as most queen sheet sets for come with queen pillow cases, not standard. I am surprised it worked out, very happy with it.
