Queen Anne’s Lace Seeds | Daucus carota | Pollinator Wildflower | Heirloom Cut Flower | 300 Seeds

A delicate beauty rooted in history, Queen Anne’s Lace (Daucus carota) graces gardens with its airy, lacy blooms that resemble intricate embroidery. Native to Europe and naturalized across North America, this heirloom wildflower weaves elegance into meadows, gardens, and floral arrangements alike. Its charming presence has inspired folklore for centuries — said to have been named for Queen Anne of England, who pricked her finger while making lace.

Skill Level:
Easy – Ideal for beginners and naturalized garden settings! Tolerates poor soils and thrives with minimal care once established.

Pollinator Friendly:
Attracts:
• Bees
• Butterflies
• Hoverflies
• Beneficial predatory insects (like parasitic wasps)

Planting & Care Details:
Light: Full sun to part shade
Plant Height: 3–4 feet
Spacing: 12" apart
Watering: Keep soil lightly moist until established; drought-tolerant thereafter
Soil: Well-drained, average to poor soil tolerated
Frost Tolerance: Hardy biennial (typically grown as an annual)
Germination: 14–21 days. Stratifying seeds (chilling them for 1–2 weeks) can improve germination rates.
Direct Sowing: Best when direct sown after the danger of frost has passed.

To Start:

  • North Florida: Sow October–February
  • Central Florida: Sow October–February
  • South Florida: Sow November–January
(For northern climates: direct sow in spring after frost or fall for natural spring germination.)

Growing Tips:
• Deadhead blooms to extend flowering, or allow to self-seed for naturalizing.
• Stake if needed in windy areas.
• Be cautious identifying if foraging — resembles poisonous hemlock. Grow for beauty, not consumption.

Culinary or Ornamental Uses:
Primarily ornamental — loved for fresh bouquets, dried floral crafts, and meadow plantings. While the first-year taproot is technically edible, it is not recommended to forage unless you are highly experienced due to dangerous look-alikes.

Key Highlights:
• Timeless heirloom wildflower
• Pollinator magnet for bees, butterflies, and beneficial insects
• Drought tolerant and low maintenance
• Excellent for cut flower gardens and dried arrangements
• Naturalizes beautifully in meadows and cottage gardens
• Thrives even in poor soils
• Easy for beginner gardeners

Works and taste great!
Size: 81 Count (Pack of 1)
I don't understand how some people are saying the taste of these are bad, I think their good. It took me about a week to set on a amount to take every day and decided on 3, with the help from certain fruits and vegetables I go every day now. Only reason I have it 4 stars and not 5 is bc of the gas it gives. After taking the gummies for about 3 hrs it's Alot of gas and man 🤢 bad!! But these gummies work and I'm not constipated anymore 😊

High quality fiber
Size: 81 Count (Pack of 1)
Excellent fiber. I take it twice a day so it does fast but it's the best fiber gummy I've used in terms of results. Some of the flavors aren't my favorite but they're all palatable. I like the gummies because otherwise I forget to take them. It's hard to remember to take them exactly between other meds so having these sit out helps.

Works like a charm
Size: 81 Count (Pack of 1)
My gastroenterologist told me to take Benefiber, specifically, every day. I looked at a bunch of different kinds within the brand, and settled on this one because it seemed to have fewer ingredients I didn’t want. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they actually taste like candy my kids liked when they were younger. Yes, they are gummy and stick together a bit, just like any other gummy product, but I had no problems getting them out of their container nor eating them, unlike some reviewers. I keep them in a cupboard in a spot where it’s always an average temp. You can chew these or just let them dissolve in your mouth, something I do most often. I take them one by one after a meal, letting them slowly melt as I do other things before brushing my teeth. The best thing? They actually work. You should definitely start small and slowly increase to what is prescribed to you. It makes the process easier and more pleasant. My digestion seems to be better, and I no longer have constipation, just normal, average, healthy stool. They are an expense at the amount my doctor has me on, but they’re worth every penny to not have the awful pain and nausea I had before I started taking them. Highly recommend.
